Send cash:
If you like to pay your order with sending cash to us,
please follow the following steps:

1) At the payment option page, please choose for the “send cash” option.
2) Finnish your order till the last step.
3) After a few minutes you will receive an email from us with all payment details.
    This includes your order number and our postal addres.
4) Put the amount of your order in an envelop, please do not send coins.
    It is wise to put it in a card so it is invisible to the postmen what is in the envelop.
    Please write your name and order number on the card so we know the money    
    Received is yours
5) Post the envelop with registered mail.

After we received the payment  you will receive a confirmation email from us.
We will ship out your order same or next day.

Bank wire/money transfer:

Payment via bank transfer means:
That the customer will fund the total amount into our bank account.

How to do:
Just create your order and choose for bank transfer as payment option.
After that you are finished with your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order number, the total amount and our bank details.
Now, just go to your local bank and fund the amount to our bank account.
Please don't forget to mention your order number.
Of course you also can use electronic bank transfer. That's all you have to do!
Now you just have to wait for your products.In the meantime you will receive some confirmation e-mails about the status of your order.

Order status:  After that you have created your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail
that your order status is
New Order: This means that your order is created in our system.
Within a few hours you will receive another confirmation e-mail,
with the announcement that your order status is
On-Hold:This means that one of our employee 's have checked and accept
your order manually and that we are waiting till we have received your money on our bank account. After that we have received your money,
you will receive another confirmation e-mail with the announcement that the status of your order is
Process: This means that the payment is received and that we going to ship your order as soon as possible.
After we have shipped your order, you will receive the last confirmation e-mail with the announcement that the status of your order is
Shipped: This means that we have shipped your order.

Note! There is a chance that your bank will charge some fee for international bank transfer.

The amount of the fee is very dependent in which country you are and which bank you use.

Refunds:
Its possible to ask seedshop.nl a refund in case we have not shipped your order yet.

Credit card refunds:
Because of the high refund rates our credit company charge us, do we have to charge 15% refund commission for each credit card refund.

Send cash refunds:
For Send cash refunds do we prefer to refund the amount to your bank account.

May we still have to send the cash back with the post, we shall charge the shipping cost.

Bank transfer refunds:
For bank transfer refunds, will charge the transaction fee our bank charge us.
This amount is dependable to which country we have to fund the payment.
